Return Policy Returns: Please be aware that airsoft guns come with no warranty. They are inspected before shipping from us. Only items that are defective upon your receipt will be considered. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns unless they are defective because they would be considered unreliable and cannot be resold. Any return must have a return authorization number. Please call Weston Enterprises to obtain a return authorization number. Items returned without an authorization number will be refused and returned to sender. All returns must be made with in 30 days of shipment to be considered for credit. We offer no cash refunds, credit only. All authorized returns will be issued a credit invoice, which will be mailed to you. This credit invoice will expire in 180 days and be removed from our records in not used in time. Shipping Claims: Shipping discrepancies must be reported to Weston Enterprises within 48 hours of receipt of package. Title to merchandise passes to customer on delivery by common carrier.
